Image / artwork requirements
Clear, production-ready artwork helps us reproduce your requested design accurately.
Preferred files
- Send the highest-resolution version available. A transparent-background PNG is preferred for raster artwork; SVG or print-ready PDF files are also accepted when available.
- HSH may request a replacement file when artwork is blurry, incomplete, too small, or otherwise unsuitable for production.
Approval and revisions
- Review spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and all other details before approving the order. Production begins from the approved order details and artwork.
- Changes requested after approval may affect the price and turnaround time. Changes may not be possible after production begins.
- Customers must have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, names, and other protected material.
