Orders, cancellations & refunds
Your private order link is the final record of the custom order discussed with HSH.
Before payment
- Review every item, quantity, size, color, artwork detail, fee, shipping charge, and tax amount before confirming and paying.
- Contact HSH before payment if anything on the private order page is incorrect.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. HSH does not store complete card numbers.
Cancellations
- Contact HSH as soon as possible to request a cancellation. An order may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.
- Once artwork is approved, materials are committed, or production begins, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled because it is being made specifically for you.
- If HSH cannot ship within the promised timeframe, you may accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Custom-order refund policy
- Completed custom orders that match the approved order details and requested specifications are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
- If HSH makes a production error or the completed item does not match the approved order details, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos. HSH will gladly replace the affected item at no additional product cost.
- Normal differences caused by screen color, garment manufacturing, or the characteristics of the selected print method are not considered production errors when the completed order otherwise matches the approved details.
