HSH collects only the information reasonably needed to prepare, fulfill, support, and document customer orders.
Information we use
- Order records may include your name, TikTok handle, email, phone number, shipping address, order details, artwork, confirmation timestamp, and payment status.
- We use this information to prepare and deliver orders, communicate with you, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain business and tax records.
- Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by HSH.
Retention and requests
- Order information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations.
- HSH does not sell customer personal information.
- To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information, email hshdesignz@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, tax, payment, or security purposes.
